Waterside Chairs
Unique chair design from Nova Scotia. These chairs are beautiful and comfortable with the added benefit of a space saving folding design.
We have a couple of models. One, made of Port Orford Cedar; a wonderfully resilient wood that does very well outside without any protective finish or maintenance.
The other is made of salvaged African Mahogany, a strong and resilient wood with beautiful red tones and a nice oil/varnish finish, will also do very well outside with no maintenance.
Each chair weighs roughly 13 pounds (6 kg). Proceeds from the sale of these chairs will support the Boatshop's mission of providing youth with job skills and a positive location for self expression and personal growth. Our youth interns will have the opportunity to work on each chair commission. Cost is $160, the price may vary slightly depending on the wood that you prefer. Orders can be ready in one week.
