Electrical Renovation and Waterside Cafe
01/07/2008What this means is that our industrial sewing shop, kitchen, and office can function in a much brighter and cozier space without the use of a whole bunch of extension cords. Plus, our staff is very excited to now have hot water during these cold months!
Furthermore, now that our kitchen is on the grid, Waterside is one giant step closer to opening up our much anticipated Cafe. The next step will be the installation of a service counter/window that will link our kitchen/cafe space to our wonderful courtyard. Work on the cafe counter will take place in late February; we are hoping Waterside Cafe will be up and running by Spring. So, if we don't see you at one of our community based shops, then we can always serve you up some espresso or tea!
