The Mission of Waterside Workshops is to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere where teamwork, dedication, and sustainability are illustrated through various handcrafts, skills, and outdoor experiences. We are committed to strengthening Bay Area neighborhoods by empowering people of all ages through hands-on education.
The youth program at Waterside Workshops aims to provide young adults in need with brighter prospects for careers and engagement with society through instruction in vocational skills, organizational and retail experience and general socialization in a positive environment.

We provide facilities for instruction including a wood shop and a bicycle repair shop as well as access to the 67 acres of water at Aquatic Park.
